Öncelikle yapılan ifşalara dair yaptığımız ilk açıklamanın anlaşılır ve yeterli olmadığını kabul ediyoruz. Değerlendirme süreçlerimiz devam ederken yeni bir açıklama yapmakta kendimizi sorumlu hissediyoruz.
Federasyonun kurucu bileşenlerinden Devrimci Anarşist Faaliyet içerisinde şiddet uygulayan Serkan Bayrak’a yönelik geç kalan bir eleştiri-özeleştiri-yaptırım süreci işletilmiştir. Yapılan ifşaların ardından, işletilen bu süreci tekrar gözden geçirdiğimizde, bireylerde oluşan zararları gidermek ve Serkan Bayrak’a uyguladığımız yaptırımlar noktasında yetersiz kaldığımızı görüyoruz.
Anarşist bir örgütlenmenin en önemli mekanizması karar alma süreçleridir. Bu süreçlerde mücadeleye ilişkin kararlar; tüm bireylerin katılımıyla, hiçbir bireyin birbirini yadsımadığı ve sonsuz söz hakkının bulunduğu doğrudan demokratik yöntemlerle alınır.
Geçmiş dönemde Serkan Bayrak’a uygulanan yaptırım, süreli olarak bu karar alma süreçlerinden çıkarmak olmuştur. Bu süre boyunca Serkan Bayrak gözlemlenmiş ve bu yaptırım, gözlemlere dayanarak kademeli olarak sonlandırılmıştır. Tüm bunların, geçmiş dönemde örgütten ayrılmış ve şiddete maruz kalmış bireylere aktarılmaması, en büyük eksiklerimizden birisi olmuştur.
İçerisinde bulunduğumuz yeniden değerlendirme sürecinde, yapılan ifşalara ilişkin herhangi bir şekilde gerçeklik tartışmasına girmiyoruz. İfşa metinlerinde bahsi geçen beyanları dikkate alıyor ve bu süreçlerden etkilenen bütün bireylerden özür diliyoruz. Erkek şiddetine karşı etkin mücadele edilmemesi durumunun sorumluluğunu alıyoruz.
Anarşizmin toplumsal kavrayışı ve perspektifi, şiddeti ve şiddeti ortaya çıkaran koşulları tümüyle sonlandırmayı gerektirir. Bu sebeple Federasyon olarak öncelikle bu gerekliliği gözeterek değerlendirmemizi sürdürüyoruz. Şiddetin tekrar özeleştirisini vererek işlettiğimiz değerlendirmelerimiz gereğince Serkan Bayrak’ın örgütümüzle ilişkisinin kesildiğini bildiriyoruz.
Örgütlü mücadelemizin bu kararıyla ve yıllardır farklı konularda belirli dönüşümler yaşamış olmanın gücü ile Federasyon, birçok amacın yanında kurucu bileşenlerinden olan Devrimci Anarşist Faaliyet içerisinde yapılan hataları tekrarlamama anlayışını da taşımaktadır. Bu anlayışın gerektirdiği sorumluluk duygusuyla ve bireylerin tek tek kendilerini sorgulamaları sonucu, yapısal dönüşümlere gitmemizin bir zorunluluk olduğunu kavrıyoruz.
Yoğunlaşılan toplantılarla birlikte yapısal dönüşümlere ilişkin tartışmalarımız birkaç günle sınırlı kalmayacaktır. Yapılan ifşaların ardından kişisel olarak karşılayıcı tavır sergileyen yoldaşlarımız dahil olmak üzere örgüt içindeki her bir bireyin yeniden değerlendirileceği bu süreç devam edecektir. Örgüt içerisindeki her bireyin kolektif sorumluluğuyla gerçekleşecek bu dönüşümler aracılığıyla şiddetin ve şiddeti oluşturan koşulların oluşmaması sağlanacaktır.
Biz bugün yaşamlarımızı dönüştürmeyi ve bireylerin kendi aralarındaki iktidarlı ilişkilere, iktidarlı tüm mekanizmalara karşı verdiğimiz mücadeleyi sürdüreceğiz. ‘Bizi dönüştürebilirsek toplumu dönüştürebiliriz’ inancına sıkı sıkıya sarılıp devrimci anarşizmi örgütlemeye devam edeceğiz.
ENG: Our statement about the disclosures made about the Revolutionary Anarchist Federation and Serkan Bayrak:
First of all, we accept that the first statement we made about the disclosures is not clear and not sufficient. We feel responsible for making a new statement while our evaluation processes continue.
Inside of Revolutionary Anarchist Action which is one of the founding components of the Revolutionary Anarchist Federation, the criticism-self-criticism-sanction process was carried out lately against Serkan Bayrak who used violence. After the disclosures made, when we re-examine that process, we see that we are insufficient in terms of eliminating the damages inflicted on individuals and the sanctions we have imposed on Serkan Bayrak.
The most important mechanism of an anarchist organization is the decision-making process. Decisions regarding the struggle in these processes; it is taken by direct democratic methods where no individual rejects each other and has an endless right to speak with the participation of all individuals.
The sanction imposed on Serkan Bayrak in the past was to temporarily exclude him from these decision-making processes. During this period, Serkan Bayrak was observed and this sanction was gradually terminated based on the observations. It has been one of our biggest shortcoming that all of these individuals who left the organization and were exposed to violence in the past were not informed about sanction process.
In the re-evaluation process we are in, we do not engage in any kind of reality discussion regarding the disclosures made. We are conducting the statements mentioned in the disclosure texts and apologize to all individuals affected by these processes. We take responsibility for the absence of an effective fight against male violence.
The social understanding and perspective of anarchism requires an end to violence and the conditions that give rise to it altogether. For this reason, as the Federation, we continue our evaluation by considering this exigence first. We are declaring that Serkan Bayrak has been cut off from our organization in accordance with our evaluations by giving a self-criticism about the violence again.
With this decision of our organized struggle and the power of having experienced certain transformations on different issues for years, the Federation, besides its many cause, also has the understanding of not repeating the mistakes made within the Revolutionary Anarchist Activity, which is one of its founding components. With the sense of responsibility required by this understanding and as a result of individuals questioning themselves one by one, we realize that it is a exigence for us to go through structural transformations.
With the intensified meetings, our discussions on structural transformations will not be limited to a few days. This process organization will be re-evaluated with every individual, including our comrades who have personally displayed a welcoming attitude after the disclosures. Violence and the conditions that create violence will not be created through these transformations, which will take place with the collective responsibility of each individuals in the organization.
We will continue to transform our lives today and continue our struggle against the relations based on dominance between individuals, against all dominance mechanisms. We will continue to organize revolutionary anarchism, we are strongly believing that ‘we can transform society if we can transform ourselves’.
